(310) 529-4946 | LMFT 46981

Compassionate Marriage and Family Therapist

As a licensed marriage and family therapist (license number 46981), my job is to create a caring and nonjudgmental environment for every client. I want you to have a safe space where you can breathe freely and comfortably talk about your issues with curiosity and respect. With my help, you can identify and acknowledge the hurtful statements, defensiveness, and judgmental moments that prevent healthy and secure relationships.

I have more than 15 years of counseling experience, including 8 years as the director of Manhattan Beach Community Counseling (2009 to 2017). Also, I have a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Antioch University and a graduate degree in child development and psychotherapy. I have been a proud member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT) since 2001.

Turning Relationship Challenges Into Opportunities for Improvement

Relationship issues, such as having to walk on eggshells around your partner, can be physically and mentally draining. The emotional stress acts as an obstacle to achieving the sense of security that promotes support, comfort, and love. Instead of counting on each other during challenging times, separation and resentment may surface. Also, emotional stress can lead to anxiety and depression, causing you to doubt your choices instead of being confident in them.

Now is the time to prevent your current struggles from defining your future. I will teach you the skills you need to solve your problems and overcome the emotional roadblocks that prevent you from enjoying a supportive and nurturing relationship. You and your partner will be confident that you have each other’s back, and you will be prepared to take on challenges together and reap the benefits of a secure relationship.
